1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and phwin2 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the phwin2 online gaming platform, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). 4.2 Withdrawals

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phwin2 platform without our express written permission.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your phwin2 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your account balance. phwin2 reserves the right to retain your account information as required by applicable laws and regulations even after account closure.

phwin2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account
• You fail to provide requested verification documents
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the phwin2 Service. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.
